I saw just a small piece and love it.

there's a young black guy with white hair and there white cars and white and black girls dancing. the background is like a beach and it seems that they change the scenario constatly but i'm not sure about it, I couldn't hear any part of the song, so, the only thing I have is this short scene that I'm forgetting.
