Jewelry for professional job interview? Less and simple, of course, but.....?

...would you wear diamonds, like a 3-stone necklace and small earrings and 1-2 rings?

Or, small silver pieces, with maybe a Tiffany choker?

I also have simple gold matching set, but the earrings are a tad bit long/flashy.

Do you think diamonds are too flashy, if I keep them small?

Long hair...up or down?

I had the same job for years and I want to look my best and very professional. The job is account executive for a cable company and there is lots of competition.

I don't think the diamonds are too flashy, if you keep it simple %26amp; not "look at me!!! hire me because I have DIAMONDS!!" I would go with the simple 3 stone diamond necklace %26amp; the earrings, and either no rings or just one ring. Don't make it look tacky with 2 rings. Or you can do Tiffany silver....I wouldn't go with a choker though. I wear a lot of Tiffany's and to work every day I wear the open heart necklace and the open heart dangle earrings, it looks very nice.

for your hair....I would go with half up/half down. Pull the top back off your face with a clip or barrette. Hair in a ponytail makes you look like you don't care about the job %26amp; u gotta get to the gym, hair down shows you dont have time to do anything but wash %26amp; go %26amp; make u look like a teenager. I would def keep the top/front off of your face, it will draw more attention.

Good luck!

Skip the rings unless it's wedding/engagement. Only do the necklace/earrings if they're verrry simple - like little diamond studs. I'd skip on the necklace. The less the better. YOu want the emphasis to be on you, not your jewelry.

The diamond set. Classy, simple.

As for your hair, try it in a bun with a strand curling down in front. It'll look like it's there on accident, but it looks great.

I think you should go with your hair up. no choker and small diamond earrings with may be a long pearl necklace. {doesn't have to be real}

Well, I'm a big fan of diamond jewelry, and there are many styles appropriate for just about anything! If it was me, I would stick to classic yet simple diamond jewelry, like solitaire earrings and a three stone necklace or solitaire necklace. A simple diamond pendant necklace of most styles would be appropriate. I wouldn't go overboard on rings, but one or two is a nice touch. As for your hair, I have long hair too, and though keeping it down is beautiful, I always feel more polished and professional with my hair pulled back or put up. It always makes me feel like I look more confident, you know? =) Hope I helped!
