Help find the name of this tv show, PLEASE it is killing me!!!?

I am looking for the name of a tv show that I watched when I was a youngin and I only remember bits and pieces of it. It is about a dad and his daughter and son somehow end up in the past with like dinosaurs I think, and they become friends with some creature, I know it isn't land of the lost I am pretty sure, because I remember the girl having dark hair and she wore glasses, I remember them living in a tree house, in the beiginning intro I remember them getting sucked in this vortex and they are in a station wagon, I am thinking it is a show in the 90's but I could be wrong. Someone please help me remember, it is bugging me.

Up until you gave the girl dark hair and glasses, I thought "Land of the Lost" of the 1970's, but they did do a remake in the 1990's, with a brunette with glasses. That I didn't know.

yes it was titles "Land of the Lost" and it originally aired in 1974 as a Sid and Marty Croft production on NBC television. I remember watching it faithfully every Saturday morning, and then in 1991 it was "re-made" into another children's show but many considered it inferior to the original 1974 version.

The show you cant figure out is called Land of the Lost. the plot is around a park ranger named Rick Marshall and his two kids Will and Holly. They were on a rutine trip when they got caught on some rapids and fell 100 ft. below. They woke up and found that they wee transported back to the past. Second season ther uncle Jack came looking for them,found them when there dad got caught in some kind of vortex. Dont know if they made it home or not.
